Eligibility Criteria of GACL Reccruitment 2021

Educational Qualification:

Chief Manager / Senior Manager:

MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW , full time course from a recognized university / institute., The candidate should be having prior experience of 15-20 years in employee relations or industrial relations department.

Senior Officer /Officer :

B.Com. with CA/ CMA from a recognized university, the Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the finance department of manufacturing industries. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in the Chemicals industry.

Manager / Senior Officer :

MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW , full time course from a recognized university / institute., The candidate should have a minimum. 7 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Human resources.

Assistant Engineer:

B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) from a recognized university, Candidate should have a minimum of 1-5 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment of heavy chemicals/fertilizer/petrochemical industries.

Executive Trainee (Chemical) :

B.E/ B.Tech (Chemical) from govt recognized university, Only those candidates who have passed their B.E / B. Tech degree from the year 2019 to 2021 can apply. The candidates should have secured min. 60% and above marks in Bachelor’s Degree.

Executive Trainee (Finance) :

B.Com with CA/ CMA from a recognized university, Only those candidates who have completed their CA (Final) / CMA (Final) in the years 2019,2020 and 2021 can apply.

Executive Trainee (HR) :

MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW , full time course from a recognized university / institute, Candidates who have passed their MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW (full time) degree in the year 2019, 2020 and 2021 only can apply.

Executive Trainee (Mechanical) :

B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical) from govt recognized university, Only those candidates who have passed their B.E / B. Tech degree from the year 2019 to 2021 can apply. The candidates should have secured min. 60% and above marks in Bachelor’s Degree.

Executive Trainee (Electrical) :

B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical) from govt recognized university, Only those candidates who have passed their B.E / B. Tech degree from the year 2019 to 2021 can apply. The candidates should have secured min. 60% and above marks in Bachelor’s Degree.

Trainee Operation Assistant:

Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Govt Recognized University, This position is on contract basis for 1 years as Trainee Operation Assistant. On completion of 1-year training, he/she will be re-designated based on performance as Operation Assistant (On Contract) for 4 years.
