Guidelines for the  conduct of On-line Examination:- The students will have to visit the Online Exam Portal i.e. www.juexam.co.in where the students can find the date sheet and other instructions. On the examination day the student has to follow the steps given below:        1.  Question Papers will be uploaded in the Question Paper section on Online Exam Portal i.e.www.juexam.co.in.        2.  The student has to click on “Online Exam” and enter her/his roll number.        3.  Based on the Roll Number, the details of the student will be displayed.        4.  The student will have to confirm the details and in case of any issues she/he can enter her/his remarks in given section.        5.  Next, there will be a date sheet link to choose the subject.        6.  An upload option will be there, where student will have to upload her/his Answer script(in PDF Format only) for a particular subject as per the date sheet within 30 minutes after the completion of examination.        7.  Student needs to be careful about the size of the pdf as the answer script should be readable without zoom in or zoom out.        8  .Once the Answer script is properly uploaded, the student will get a success message. There will be no chance of re-submission of the answer script.        9.  Choosing the correct file will be responsibility of the Student and in case of any mismatch, responsibility will solely lie with the Student.       10.The student shall have to write the answer on A4 size sheets only.       11.The answer sheet shall be numbered from 1(One) onwards and also mentioned the total number of pages used on the front-page of the Answer script.       12. The student will write on the front page of the answer sheet-Course No., Course Title, Name, Parentage, University Roll No, Session, Number of sheets used & their signatures. At no other point/place the student will             Disclose her/his identity by writing the name, Signature, or Roll No. which shall be tantamount to the use of unfair means and will be penalized under the Unfairmeans statutes of the University of Jammu.       13. The candidates are advised not to write on the back side of the first page of the answer script.       14. The candidates are directed to submit hard copy of the answer scripts on the completion of all examinations to the Coordinator UG 1st Semester, Directorate of Distance Education,University of Jammu,             JAMMU,PIN-180006(personally or by Registered Post)       15. No hard copy of the answer scripts shall be entertained from the students directly by the office of controller of Examinations. Only the Director/Coordinator, DDE are authorized to submit the the hard copies of the Answer Scripts              after properly segregating Roll No. wise and Subject wise to the concerned Office of the Examination Wing by 06-07-2021 for evaluation purpose.       16. There shall be no provision of re-evaluation in the online Examination.       17.
